Tip #1 – Kegel exercises should be a part of a woman’s regular exercise routine

Tip #2 – Maintain healthy body weight and avoid constipation

Tip #3 – use mild non perfumed wash/ soap when cleaning the vulva & vaginal area; avoid douching.
