Ms Pallavi Latthe is a leading Consultant Gynaecologist and the only accredited subspecialist in urogynaecology in Birmingham. She brings over two decades of expertise to Midlands Women’s Health, specialising in pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, prolapse, recurrent infections, menstrual dysfunction, and chronic pelvic pain. She also leads regional services in paediatric and adolescent gynaecology, offering expert care to younger patients with complex needs.

Ms Latthe has held consultant positions since 2005 and is currently the Clinical Lead for Urogynaecology and Paediatric & Adolescent Gynaecology at Birmingham Women’s & Children’s NHS Foundation Trust. She offers a full range of conservative and surgical treatments for gynaecological and pelvic floor conditions, including minimally invasive options and multidisciplinary care pathways.

An accomplished researcher and educator, Ms Latthe is Honorary Reader at the University of Birmingham and has published more than 80 peer-reviewed articles. She is Chair of the British Society for Paediatric & Adolescent Gynaecology and actively involved in national and international clinical guideline development. Her work focuses on improving outcomes in pelvic pain, adolescent PCOS, and urogynaecological surgery.

Ms Latthe speaks English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati, and is known for her warm, holistic approach to care. She is passionate about empowering women and girls with knowledge and treatment options that support their wellbeing and quality of life.
