I was at Spire Worcester- room Lovely, sandwich very nice and ALL staff very pleasant and kind.

I attended the clinic for an endosure test this week, staff were extremely friendly and put me at ease. I arrived 2 hours early due to travelling from the north east for the test and reception advised I could wait inside if I preferred and being early wasn’t an issue. After the test I requested if I could have the results slightly earlier than 5 days due to having my NHS appointment later that week and the consultant advised it shouldn’t be a problem and would get that arranged. Also huge thank you to Yasmin Khan who I liaised with throughout booking the appointment. She was extremely helpful !!

The team were so helpful and friendly, after being dismissed for years I was listened to and finally got my diagnosis! They were able to finally get me on the road to recovery after trying local private hospitals who told me it was normal.

Everyone was brilliant so friendly and explanation very clear.
