Payment Terms and Conditions
At Midlands Women’s Health, we aim to keep our payment arrangements clear and flexible.
Payment Timing
Payment can be made in advance of your appointment or on the day of your visit, depending on the service you are attending. Our team will always confirm this with you when your appointment is arranged.
Changes to your Appointment
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help where we can.
Appointments changed or cancelled with reasonable notice allow us to offer the time to another patient. Changes requested close to the appointment time may be more difficult to accommodate and could incur administration fee charges.
Missed Appointments
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Missed appointments without notice may affect future bookings and could incur administration fee charges.
Refunds
Where payment has been made in advance, any applicable refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Additional Costs
In some cases, additional investigations or treatments may be recommended during your appointment. Any additional costs will always be discussed with you beforehand, so you can make an informed decision before proceeding.
